Through The Church of the Resurrection God is transforming lives. Over the past 17 years, our mission and ministry has made a profound difference in the lives of many people. Our challenge now is to develop plans that will provide the facilities and resources required as we continue to serve God and fulfill God’s vision for our church in the future.

Please take the time to read the questionnaire carefully. If you have not attended a Focus Group meeting be sure to read “A Vision For the Future” statement of needs. Reviewing this document first will prepare you to share your thoughts and opinions in ways that can help us to discern the best course of action for our church.

The questionnaire you are about to take is an important measurement for Resurrection’s Feasibility Study. This brief, confidential online survey will help us make an informed decision about our future priorities and financial goals. Your responses go directly to R.S.I. to be scored. We will receive the report back from RSI in May.
